Brenda Brown is the founder of Patterson-Brown & Associates which was launched in 2013. After a successful 11 year career in the aviation and governmental industries Ms. Brown had developed specialized skills that would enhance other businesses. PBA is a woman owned small professional services firm based in Georgia. Established initially as a contract compliance consulting firm, but quickly expanded into total management solutions. These solutions include contract compliance, taxes, project managing, business development, staff augmentation, and construction training. We offer our clients the full package.

Brenda Brown is President/CEO of Patterson-Brown & Associates in Augusta, GA. Her varied career includes program management, accounting, finance, marketing, business diversity, business development, contract compliance, and customer service.
Ms. Brenda Brown founded PBA with a vision of providing program management solutions which are creative, innovative and flexible that responds to the needs of our clients. As President/CEO of PBA she has successfully directed the strategic planning, business development, resources, quality assurance and customer satisfaction. She brings over 14 years of experience in Transportation and Business Development Education. She has managed consulting contracts valued in excess of 20 million dollars and administered contracts from formation to the completion of contract requirements.
For the past 14 years, she has worked with disadvantaged businesses to include women and minorities assisting them with contracting opportunities within the airport and transportation industries. Some typical projects include certification assistance, outreach, federal reporting, goal setting, program management, airport property development, contract compliance, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program development for Augusta Regional Airport.
Ms. Brown also wore many hats during her tenure at Augusta Regional Airport to include the management and oversight of their multimillion dollar parking area agreement. In this capacity she oversaw the parking budget, approved/disapproved additional personnel and salary increases, and monitored incoming revenues and outgoing expenditures. Ms. Brown was instrumental in establishing the airport’s current VIP Parking also known as ELITE Parking.
Brenda has a Master of Business Administration Degree from Southern Wesleyan University. She has certifications from Morgan State University as a Master Compliance Administrator (MCA) and also Georgia Academy for Economic Development in Regional Economic & Leadership Development.
